Going to buy my husband a farthersday gift today I am left standing in a que for 15 minutes, only to he told when I got to the front that I can't pay with my temp account card without my green ID. Let it be noted that the only reason I have a temp card is because woolworths had my name wrong on my permanant card. Regardless I then offer to pay cadh for the goods only to be told that I will not be able to get the 3 for 2 special since I don't have a woolworths card and they can't use my current card because I don't have my green ID. The fact that they could just use the card number/ account number for the special without me paying with my account as I had previously done meant nothing to them. Thus I was unable to pay with my account, but also not able to pay cash. Never experienced such bad account service. And the staff had not regard only telling me it is not their vault.
