unsatisfied customer and they took my R378 for free for the food that was supposed to feed my kids for that night
on 25/05/2026 i ordered food at debonairs through uber eats the food costed almost R400 and i never received my orders, driver claimed that he delivered my food even sent a picture that he dropped them at the gate but they picture he sent doesn’t look like my gates and i tried to ask for help from uber eat then they claimed that they cant refund me, meaning they condone the behaviour of their drivers, cz it seems like their drivers most of the time they do that ******* and get away from it there is no accountability at all. i will never ever again use their app.0 replies
