Two refunds not done since 4 April
Two refunds not done since 4 April. Have followed up many, many times via email and numerous telephone calls. They all promise action and feedback, but NO ACTION. Have spoken and emailed so many of them, but still NOTHING. Managers are not available, so I cannot escalate. Ref nr PDZ3168 is R 1000.00. Ref nr PDZ3935 is R 9597.00.
