Terrible service and management are bull****ters
Guys, GFS Express ZA What a joke, my parcel was scheduled for Saturday 23/05/2026 to be delivered today I got hold of a staff member working there and got told to contact someone else. I managed to get someone to tell me that it was the drivers fault for not delivering it Saturday but he will make a plan for me to get it today, so a few hours later I followed up and this guy tells me unfortunately there is no driver coming my way but maybe tomorrow. Is this fair seeing I paid long ago for my parcel? What can I do?0 replies
