Would never vouch for anyone to live at Woodlands Place in PTA East. My check-in maintenance was only partially done a day before Good Friday 2026 when I moved in 1 November 2025. Maintenance literally did everything when I submitted my notice to vacate (have photos for proof). A maintenance guy came to take out 2 cracked tiles and literally left them like that when he got another call at another unit. My floor was sans those tiles for 3 days until I called. Last night, the people above me kept fighting or having a jol at 3am - called security and to my further amazement, nothing was done once again as the fighting and door banging continued until 6:20 am. If you want to part with money and further pay with your mental health, then please live here. The staff is always none the wiser like you work for Central Developments and should have answers. Pathetic really.
