4 months ago they scratched my car & still haven't fixed it
I took my Ford Ecosport for a Service on the 27th January 2026. Their cleaning company, Fidelity scratched the paint on my bonnet really badly. After 4 months and making multiple calls, sending emails and visiting the dealership, it still hasn't been fixed. I've been dealing with Estee, their Service Manager, and I've done all the following up so far, week after week. She keeps promising they will send a car for me and get it fixed next week. The next week comes and goes with no word, then I follow up and get the same excuse "I haven't forgotten about you, I promise Im not making excuses, it will be sorted next week." Four months of this nonsense and Im over it. Avoid this place if you can.0 replies
