“Managers” on duty do not know how to find solutions to problems created by their own online system ! Terrible service from staff and uninterested contact centre staff !!! Second time system error caused a refund to be processed without getting your refund. All they can do is “we apologise for the inconvenience” . Disgusting man DO BETTER !!
