Ryan's Car Wash

Ryan's car wash = excuses...
After numerous attempts to resolve the issue, i am now being ignored by this business. I had 2 vehicles washed at Ryan's car wash 3Arts on Sat 23 May 2026. After both cars were washed i noticed dust/dirt on both. I asked the manager to look and showed him the dirt and wiped it off with my finger to show him. All mirrors on both vehicles were not cleaned. 3 mags were not cleaned on one of the vehicles. 60% of the interior windscreen on one of the vehicles was not cleaned. The interior cover of the sunroof was damaged as the staff tried closing it manually. I assume they tried closing it so that they didnt have to wash the sunroof window. The material of the sunroof was damaged and pushed back in to hide the fact that they fiddled with it. It is now stuck and wont close. The sunroof glass was washed & wiped but left with visible streaks (as if a dirty cloth was used). I asked the manager to not open the boot of one vehicle as the lock mechanism was previously damaged which causes the boot sensor to indicate to the vehicle computer that it's "open" which in turn causes the car battery to run flat. Half way through the 1 hour they said it would take to complete the wash i walked past and notice that the boot was in fact open. Something else worth mentioning is that the manager drove the car to pull into the wash bay & stopped about 30 metres from the bay, jumped out and left my car running while he went to go do something in the office while i stood watching from a distance. In his mind i was already at the nearby coffee shop as he doesn't know i saw this. What if an oppertunistic ***** took this moment to drive off with my vehicle? The last time i used Ryan's car wash, the pressure washer lifted paint off the driver side front door. The owner told me that the paint had to be old. While typing this, we got hold of the owner who says company policy is not to give our money back but to offer a free car wash at our convenience. Also he says that there is a language barier between customers and the staff snd he grts many calls shortly after payday. At this point i am sick and tired of excuses. The staff didn't look happy to see more work (cars) arrive. No more Ryan's car wash for me.
