BAD SERVICE (NO REPLY, NO COLLECTION)
I don't know why SHEIN keeps using this company. I have been waiting for a pick up since 14 April 2026, to date, no collection was made. You cannot call, as the number does not work. Logging emails is just as useless. I would like to get my parcel collected as I need the refund to purchase the correct safety boots. It has been over a month now. You only get a month to return goods to SHEIN. Makes you wonder if this is their way of making money. I will not make use of SHEIN again, I would much rather go with TEMU.0 replies
