Mr Price Mobile holding my number hostage - Ticket ***
I did a port reversal because my MrP SIM never worked. Ticket *** was escalated on Saturday, but Monday and Tuesday have passed and my number is still trapped. I am completely cut off from my phone calls and banking services.Support sent a template email telling me to "kindly wait." I demand that a senior supervisor manually release my number to the central registry TODAY so it can return to Vodacom tonight.2 replies
