Poor Customer Service
I went to a Specialist as a member of Health4Me and I had to claim back my Money as per process A consultant named Yongama Gxwati was so rude to me he was not willing to listen or Assist me , Good thing that I kept calling and was assisted after 5th attempt ,My claim was captured incorrect and 1 document was required which I sent kept on going back and forth Until I was irate and now I am screaming at the wrong people not the one that caused all the ups and down Lack of communication and listen Yongama must be trained for Soft Skills his very rude and unproffessional
