Pathetic Customer Service from AFHCO Property Management Company
Pathetic customer service. My unit at Northgate Heights was blocked due to rental arrears, and I was not even allowed access to collect my chronic medication from the unit. To make matters worse, the locks were changed in my absence without any form of notification or communication. The staff in the office were highly unprofessional and showed no empathy or willingness to assist in resolving the situation.7 replies
