Absolutely disappointing
Absolutely disappointed with the service at Roodepoort Renault dealership. The finance person had a rude attitude from the beginning, spoke with no respect, and treated customers terribly. What made it worse is that they never kept their side of the deal regarding the promised cash back after everything was signed. Very unprofessional and dishonest experience. Feels like a **** dealership that only cares about getting deals done and not treating customers fairly. I regret dealing with them and would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
