Excellent solution for international deliveries

I have used Click-way for two internation deliveries (USA and UK) and everything went perfectly! I was very hesitant due to all of the bad reviews and rates that are almost too good to be true. But I decided to risk it as two friends have done so successfully and because DHL and FedEx are unafforable. After booking the collections using their online portal, I was instantly provided with a tracking number that can be used on the primary Aramex website. The packages were collected the next day and delivered within 10 days (economy option). I agree that there online-only support system isn't ideal, but this is probably how they keep costs down. However, my only feedback would be if you are only going to use an online chat feature, then the responsible support person needs to be quicker with their responses in case there is a time sensitive issue. But overall I am very happy. I haven't used Click-way for local deliveries so perhaps that is what all the bad reviews are related to? Locally I will stick to the Courier Guy, but for internation deliveries I will 100% continue using Click-way.
