Their service is just the best. I have a OT12 tablet and ordered a screen protector for my tablet. The assistant said she will source one for me. When I received my parcel unfortunately the screen was cracked and not the correct size. I phoned them and the assistant immediately apologized and said she will send me another one. Without any dispute or questions asked. I received my parcel today and it was the correct size and all in tact. I phoned again and she even answered the call using my name. They really have the client’s best interest at heart. Just the best service I’ve received ever!!
