I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my claim by Nedbank Insurance / Telesure. My vehicle was towed weeks ago after an incident, and since then I have been waiting for a final decision on whether the vehicle will be repaired or written off. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no definitive outcome. I was recently promised feedback by close of business on a specific date, which was not honoured. Even after escalating the matter, I am still being told that they are “waiting for feedback from the assessor,” with no clear timeline provided. This level of delay and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially considering that I am still paying my monthly premium while being without a vehicle.
