TransUnion Dispute Department in Shambles

The dispute department at TransUnion is in shambles. My dispute was supposedly resolved in my favour over 40 days ago, yet the case is still not closed and the disputed flag remains on my profile. Constant follow ups lead nowhere and no one seems willing to properly assist. Very poor service and unacceptable delays.
