****** order I placed an order on the 31st of March on Superbalist, and the estimated delivery date was the 08 of April, but on the 06th of April i received an SMS of tracking my order. Around 15:00 when I tracked my order it said “delivered” , then I thought the driver is still yet to come. Day after , I called and asked about the delivery of my order , and they said they will check with the driver. Called several times and the response I got is that they “escalated the matter to the branch”. The investigating team came to my home to ask questions and I responded with full details. They called the driver, Colleen, and asked him to switch cameras to video call so he can point out the person he gave the order to, and he refused. A week later, the driver, Colleen , came with the person he works with. He told me that he doesn’t remember being around my area on the 6th of April and the person he works with said the same thing. We stood outside in the rain , around 18:00 - 19:00 and he said that their delivery trucks have cameras on them, and that he doesn’t mind coming back with the footage. Days passed and I received no communication from both the Takealot delivery driver and Superbalist . When I called for consecutive days, all received is that “they escalated the matter to the branch”. When I called again, their client concierge , Ashla, sent me a picture via email of a signature that isn’t mine. In response to that, I sent her an email of my ID card , that has my signature. A day later , I received an email from Superbalist stating that their internal investigation had concluded and a GPS coordinate proves that the driver was at my home on the 6th , and that I signed for the order and driver has confirmed a successful delivery with me after a follow up visit, which is a total lie. I then asked them to produce the footage since the driver said their trucks have cameras. I have been waiting for the footage till now. The GPS coordinates mean nothing without the footage as of now, because in all honesty I didn’t receive the order at all. Each time when I call Superbalist for assistance, they take me back and forth With zero assistance and saying that they will contact me. Even now I’m still waiting on them
Placed an order in March and I have waited for my order since then. I contacted them few days after my expected delivery, and since then they are taking me back and forth. The driver came to my house and states that he doesn’t remember delivering around my area on that day but the tracking coordinates say otherwise. What puzzles me is that on the day of the “delivery “ I was home all day long.
