Unfair business practice.

one of the worst experiences i've had with a company, after bringing the car back, they are not happy that i brought back the car with just under 3000km to the next service, when i received the vehicle, it was already serviced 3month before i received the vehicle meaning it was not on 15000 to next service. the car was serviced on time all the time after 150000. worse, they want to charge me 3000 for service when it doesn't even cost that much at vw dealership to service the car. there's nothing in the contract that specifies that a car should be returned immediately after being serviced. i have wrote to (MIOSA) and have sent them my contract with SA Motorlease. they are unfair. i would advise everyone to be careful using the rent to own service.
