Complaint regarding EmeraldLife

I insured my late cousin, then I claimed later since I do nit live with her. Emerald life declined my claim stating I am unsure if im related to the deceased. They further mentioned first and second cousin relationship which is not in their contract I signed. This is unfair and unreasonable.
