Commendation for cork wood Bradlows manger (Mr Meyer) Excellent customer service
Big Thank you to Mr Conrad Meyer cork wood mall manager,he intervened and handled my refund process in a professional and efficiently while I dealt with rude and unhelpful staff including their manager at Caledon Bradlows since 11 of March,it takes few day for Me Meyer to ensured my refund was processed without further delay

I lay by a washing machine then I went to cancel on the 11 of March,the lady failed to copy my I d both sides and I was already wated since that day,I have to WhatsApp the lady she played me until I get furious then told her to leave I will go to shop,I did so she copied my i again,am still waiting even today,they were not helpful telling me to call customer care line because am the one who want to call,over the phone they asked portal number offwhich I can not give because the manager was not there,am talking about my R1000 even now they say they will call me back nothing so I think they also want to give me change.
