Stranded From 3AM — Unacceptable City to City / Translux
Good morning. I am extremely disappointed by the service from City to City / Translux. The bus broke down around 03:00 AM and passengers have been stranded for hours with no proper assistance or alternative transport. We have now been informed that the mechanic will only arrive around 07:30 AM. Keeping passengers stranded for more than 4 hours during the early morning is unacceptable and unsafe. What makes it worse is that passengers say these breakdowns happen regularly with your buses. We paid for transport expecting safety, reliability, and professionalism, but this experience has been stressful and unfair. I request urgent intervention, proper communication, and compensation consideration for passengers affected. Please treat this matter seriously.
