Escalate to CGSO and always keep the proof of purchase safe cos it helped me alot
All I can is keep the proof of purchase and escalate your complaining TO CGSO I used paxi 21February and my parcel didn't arrive to the destination until April and they told me that it has been lost and they can only give me R500 then I escalated it to CGSO ...suddenly the parcel was found and ready for collection..yesterday on the 22may Imagine 2 months yohle

Bad customer service
I went to PEP on 21february to send a parcel to protea glen using paxi till to date the parcel hasn't been received and every time when I enquire about it they say I should wait for 72hours I'll received sms but I haven't received sms and 72hrs has passed

Terrible customer service
I sent parcel on 21 February using paxi till to date it hasn't been received when I call paxi they keep on saying I will get the sms within 72 hours Now 72hours has passed and they are bo longer responding to my emails Please help
