Arrangement not honoured after arrangement cst226951
Hi My name is Ntabiseng tshehla. Im a loyal customer of gobid. Im buying up to 15 cars a month. My issue is i made arrangement to make a payment on the 2 taxies i bought with gobid with samuel who phoned me on the 4th and we made arrangement to make the payment the followimg day on the 5th and he agreed. I made the payment ad per arrangement on the 5th of april by my invoice is cancelled and now the lady i talked to is now saying samuel is not in today because i had insisted to talk to him. I even asked her to check records and telphone records when he phoned but she was way too defensive. I want to find out if go bid doesnt keep records of phone calls and what they doing is very unproffesional. Im asking for my invoice to be put back as the money is there on my profile as agreed with samuel. I need my release note. U must also my deposite back as i made arrangement with samuel who represent gobid. Cst226951
