Istore pavilion bad customer service
iStore Pavilion Mall – 1 star Visited iStore Pavilion on 2nd may 2026.Had a really frustrating experience. I waited three hours to be helped. During that time, staff continued serving other customers while I was left waiting with no update or explanation. After three hours, one young staff member finally came to try help us. I do appreciate that he at least tried to assist — but he then told us the network was down and they couldn’t process anything while they continue to open up other contracts for other customers. If the system was down, customers should be told upfront instead of being left standing for hours while others get served. The lack of communication and queue management was poor. Left without the product I came for after wasting my whole afternoon.
