Unbelievable I have been customer a while for Smd auction but never experienced this kind of ******* on 16 February 2026 I won vehicle from Boksburg branch they send me an invoice I fully paid and they invoiced I went to tow the vehicle sadly the vehicle was not there in their yard I went to the reception they told me that they sold my vehicle to somebody else by mistake well they will refund my payment back in to my account since it’s been 3 months there’s no refund they closed down no one answered their cells really a big company but surch behaviours
