Glass in sushi

I ordered a platter from this restaurant and there was glass in it. When I called the store, the lady was rude and actually laughed while I spoke. She said she'd return my call but she didn't. I called again and she continued to tell me she'd speak to her manager but I should really relax. I find it extremely worrisome that glass is sushi didn't bother the people at the store and that my family's safety didn't matter.
