Please do not use this people for your bloods. And if you do have a doctor that refer you to them, ask for a cash form and do it cash. But do not use their services. They are absolutely useless. I have done bloodtests x 4 in 2024 for my child. Everytime I fill in my cellphone number, my work address, my contact number, everything they need to get hold of you, even the doctors name is on the form. But no, they don't phone you. They decide to hand you over to more useless people, Sustainable Collection Services. This call centre and Management Team are absolutely useless and decides to phone your ex husband of years ago to get a hold of you, instead of phoning or contacting your contact numbers given on the form. I have been fighting non stop with this people, asking for discount on the bloods, as firstly, they never advised me of the costs for 2 years, then secondly, they take my private information and share it with my ex husband whom i don't even talk to. I get threat emails every day, and get calls now every day. They can phone me till they are blue in the face. I want my cash discount for all the hell you have put me through. It is not my fault that you hire people that cannot do their work properly. And ever month they are not responding or assisting, or when I am phoning or emailing Neuberg, they just refuse to answer you.
