Nothing happened to my story they still forfeited my money for me that I won in a tournament

Money takers

I won money on a tournament, when I wanted to withdraw I was asked to deposit, I did so, and finally withdraw my money. Was told it would take 10 business days. But nevertheless I never got my money and my money was forfeited.
