Very bad customer service

Bad customer service by Goitsimang Hlatswayo. I wanted to pay and the speed point when you press pin it double clicks or more, she didn't care to assist she was focusing on her colleague while I needed her attention. I literally had to beg for attention as if I wasn't paying. Even after addressing it she didn't wait for me for she still continued to talk to her friend while she was supposed to serve me. How do you talk to someone while you helping me? If I need something else where should I go if the person helping me is focusing on the friend not me. And they knew what they are doing is wrong because the lady that she was talking to said "eish ere ke baizise carema" . Re train your staff or get other one who want to work unemployment rate it's very high to hammanskraal to keep people who doesn't respect their work
