DANFIX APPLIANCES IN JOHANNESBURG - AVOID AVOID AVOID

Avoid Danfix at all costs. DAN THE OWNER IS VERY DISHONEST!!!! The owner Dan cam to my house to fix my washing machine. He did whatever he did and claimed that it was fixed. Insisted that I pay immediately, which I did. That very afternoon when my wife got home with our kids and needed to do a load of washing after school , the washing machine did not work. I got hold of Dan and he sent two of his employees back the next day. They opened up the washing machine and then tripped the whole house, even to my non-trained technical eye I could see that they had blown (short circuited) the whole machine. I could see that suddenly got a fright as if they had no idea what they were doing. They said that Dan would have to come the next day. Now all this time being wasted and back and forth to work and home to try and meet him. He comes the next day, with some part( I am sure he was just guessing). He had no clue what was wrong. Then left again claiming that he fixed it this time. Again the machine just did'nt work. I eventually got hold of him on the phone, he just does'nt answer hoping that dissatisfied customers will give up.I eventually bought a new washing machine because he FAILED on every level. He "Promised "to give me a full refund. I sent him my banking details two weeks ago and just nothing, radio silence. I have got hold of him 4 times and every time he comes with a story and promises to pay the refund. He is just a ****. In business you don't offer to refund and promise to do so and then just don't. He got my money for doing absolutely nothing.PLEASE AVOID THIS GUY TOTALLY!!!!! HE WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY.He knows about all the bad reviews online about him and they don't seem to bother him,very strange. I WISH THAT I COULD GIVE A -10 RATING BECAUSE THAT IS ALL THAT HE DESERVES. YOU PAY GOOD MONEY IN GOOD FAITH AND YOU JUST GET **********.VERY NICE DAN - I HOPE YOU ARE PROUD OF YOURSELF.
