Worst medical aid ever
This is the worst medical aid I have ever had to deal with. My mother has been with them for over a year and I am an authorised party for her. We have been paying for over a year and absolutely nothing is covered without a fight. A simple GP visit needs to be a fight. I would not recommend even giving them business2 replies
