Making customer responsible for fetching fridge from another branch.
OK Furniture in Malelane shop 1 Ingwe Centre. We have bought a fridge and was expected to be delivered by Friday last week, they said they are out of stock so we have to go to other branch to fetch it there. Is it our job to do that? Why can't they fetch it because we bought the fridge from them. I don't know if I should involve my legal team or what....0 replies
