We are extremely disappointed with GAAP Point of Sale and would not recommend this system to any business. The level of service and support is unacceptable, especially considering the high cost of the system. We have logged multiple high-priority support cases and, on two separate occasions, waited up to 9 hours for assistance — completely unreasonable for a business that relies on a functioning POS system to operate. When feedback is eventually received, it is either vague or completely unhelpful. More frustratingly, none of the issues are actually resolved. Instead, cases are simply passed from one department to another with no accountability and no clear solution. It feels like a constant loop with no outcome. We are currently experiencing serious operational issues, including purchase orders not pulling through, which directly affects inventory accuracy and stock take processes. For any business, this is critical — and the system is failing at a fundamental level. For the price you pay, you would expect reliability, efficiency, and responsive support. Unfortunately, this system delivers none of those. The gap between what is promised and what is delivered is massive. Overall, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The lack of support, poor communication, and unresolved technical issues make this system unreliable and stressful to use. We strongly advise businesses to look elsewhere.
