Unhappy

I've booked 2 chalets and request it must be next to each other. Phone 3 times in advance to confirm it which they said its confirm. Only to find out on arrival my booking next to each other was never booked. I received a chalet with a open window that is broken and it is cold with raining. The heated pool was only heated one day and no one ever check up on anything.
