I am extremely disappointed in Hudsons Parkhurst. My husband and I went for lunch on Sunday, 29 March, and after we paid, the waitress told us the payment hadn’t gone through and asked us to pay again, which we did. The payment was deducted both times. After contacting them, I was told this would be investigated, and it was confirmed that both payments went through. It has now been 3 weeks, and every time I follow up about the refund, I’m told “we will do it this week,” yet I am still waiting. This has been handled very poorly and has been incredibly frustrating. I should not have had to chase a refund for a duplicate charge for weeks. I will not be supporting this business again.
