I had such a positive experience after buying a laptop online at Game 4U, largely thanks to Ellie, the customer relations manager. I didn’t even have a complaint — I’m usually a bit nervous asking “techy” questions because I don’t want to sound silly, but Ellie was incredibly friendly, patient, and relatable.
