Hi there, Just following up - we still do not have Internet connection. My chat reference was: #7850665, and the escalation reference is: On the account it says it is not paid however we have paid all outstanding amounts. We haven't had Internet for several days and no response from WebAfrica. Considering other ISPs because of the poor customer service.
