Accepted payment but did not provide the mobile groom and will not refund me
I made a booking on 22 October 2025, via the business website. I made contact via Whatsapp, to request bank details, as the booking was 'pending payment' yet no payment methods had been shared. They shared the bank details and I sent proof of payment. They did not arrive for the booked mobile groom of my dog. I contacted them on whatsapp and called repeatedly, with no answer, until I threatened to post a review here, in January, and I then received a return message. They asked for the proof of payment again, and I sent it, again. Again I contacted them repeatedly, and only got 'hi' in response twice. Now, almost 6 months after the payment I made, I feel obliged to take this public, to protect others. Another person in my neighbourhood also booked a mobile groom, and were due to pay on the day of service, and they did not arrive.0 replies
