On the 2 April 2026 I went to buy tile and other materials for tilling .the consultant they were ask they be faster cos am going far .they start fight verbally with the colleagues and after that they check the material and I leave we I arrived the was no spacing that they use for the tile on 7 April I went back to the shop and Peter said I waited to long so he is not sure course Iam Dione tilling ok.i return 2 boxes of tile he say the other ti are broken without checking first I asked him so the was no broken tiles and say that they are offline they can no refunds me I must come Tomorrow with attitude I always buy my tiles there but this the attitude that they gave is not nice .and the ok the other customers come in and complain about the material that is when the pack Peter said they will look the CCTV and I ask him to check that they didn't have me the spacing he refused am not happy at all about the customer service.
