Im disappointed

Im very disappointed, they just freeze my acc without calling me or giving me any explanation or notify me, and i assume they don't protect customer privacy, how can they easily give someone my details without me knowing about even if it is authority, aint they supposed to tell me if my account is bieng investigated or something is wrong, i would understand that, from nowhere my account has been frozen mxm hellopaisa im disappointed you were my trusted bank but you disappointed me since 2021 i been using this bank why now
