Sani Sixt retaining deposit and deducting unauthorised funds after vehicle return without any damages.
Monthly rental was good, however, the different departments and depot's don't communicate with each other leaving unresolved queries. We are still waiting for refund of deposit - vehicle was returned a month ago already. Unauthorised additional charges of approximately R3 500 was charged after returning the vehicle and receiving confirmation that there was no damage to the vehicle. We have been requesting information and invoice for the amount charged. Despite numerous follow-ups, still no feedback. We requested full statement of account for entire rental period without any success. We have no idea what the amount deducted was for, the only reply we got was that is was the outstanding amount, without an invoice! We view this as *****ulent activity. Their unresponsiveness is just adding oil to the fire.0 replies
