Complaint about Omars AUTO City
If you are looking for a car never choose Omars AUTO city. They don't know how to work with people, they **** to me and gave me a car that I was never interested in and said they were going to give me the one I want after 3 months but now the 3 months has passed they don't even answer My calls or return to my calls. I'm suffering because of this dealership I can't even sleep at night because I'm always thinking about the kind of problems they put me into. I've never seen a dealership like this before. They only want money and don't care about their customers.

Complaint about Absa and Omars AUTO city
I'm not happy with the service absa finance provided me, together with Omars AUTO CITY. I was told that I was buying a new second hand car but when the car arrived it had a lot of problems. When I tried to return the car to Omars the refused to take their car and said they were going to exchange it for me before 3 months. Now the three months has passed and nothing is happening. I've been with car since 17 October 2025 and I'm not happy at all, the bank said they were going to send someone to investigate the Dealership but instead they haven't done such they only want to sell the car and make me pay residuals. The bank agreed to finance a car that was not road worthy. They didn't even check my credit record because I can't even afford the car it seems like there is an agreement going on between Omars and Absa.
