Medic Now swiped my detail with a fast-point with out me giving consent.

I was confronted by a Medic Now representative at Shoprite. I told them I was not interested. They surrounded me and said that they will not take any money, and that they want to swipe my card with a fast-point, so that they can get paid for a potential client, being me. Before I knew what was going on they had my card and swiped it. I didnt think of anything, until today. I debit transaction come off my debit account of R255. When I spoke to my bank they informed me it was a payment to Medic Now. They provided me with Medic Now contact number. When speaking to a Medic Now representative, I was told that they cannot refund me, due to the fact that I gave my card willingly. I explained the story, and the person got aggressive and defensive and accused me of willingly giving my information. Due to this unprofessional manner Medic Now handled the issue, I feel unfairly treated from all levels of client communication within the company.
