Shambolic Handling of Customer Queries
Really disappointed with the handling of customer queries. Its been more than a week now that I cannot log onto my account. Chat bots send you on a runaround and consultants reply when they feel like. I emailed my relevant documents a week ago and still no assistance. Is this supposed to be a bank?0 replies
