I had a deeply disappointing experience with Proline Autobody. My vehicle was still under warranty when they misrepresented information during its repair after an accident, claiming certain parts had been replaced when, in fact, they were only repaired. I was mortified to discover, via Mazda, that specific parts were never even ordered against my vehicle’s VIN. Additionally, my car was returned with new issues, including dents and improperly clipped panels unrelated to the accident. Their lack of communication and substandard workmanship was extremely concerning. Due to these issues, I had no choice but to escalate the matter to the ombudsman. I cannot recommend their services.
