So I have been trying to change my number I have called into their momo customer line. Tje agent totally disregarded my request to speak a manager. The manager was right there and refused to take my call. Apparently I have to wait for hours by the phone and if that one call was missed it's my problem. The agent spoke over me which was utterly disrespectful and also I have said do u not put the down phone in my face. She kept asking is there anything she can help me with. I said yes get me your manager. She said while I was busy speaking thank u there is nothing else we van help you with and put the phone down in my face. What kind of business are use running. I bave experienced bad service before but this was disgusting from the agent and the team leader who is now proclaiming to be a manager. I would like to speak to the manager to who both of these people report to. Your mobile money department really needs work and ness training on how to deal with customers that are frustrated. I still can't believe she put down the phone in my face. I was not swearing I was frustrated and are you allowed to do something like this a customer.
