Dissatisfied

I visited the park on Sunday, 15 March 2026, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. During the week, I called ahead to confirm whether the park would be fully operational given the poor weather conditions, and I was assured that it would be open and functioning. However, upon arrival around 10:00, we were able to use 2 slides and water wave , while the rest of the water slides were switched off, but even then, the overall experience was far from what was advertised. To make matters worse, we were later informed that since we were the only visitors in the park, we would need to leave. This was extremely frustrating, especially considering that we had confirmed availability beforehand and had already spent time and money to get there. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with how this was handled. Better communication and transparency would have prevented this negative experience
