Absolutely pathetic after sales customer service. If it was allowed it would have 0 star. Two of my LV sandals tore. I escalated it via numerous emails and the UK office responds stating they advised the South African branch to liaise with me. Over six weeks later and I still do not have a response or resolution. For a so called "luxury brand" they really don't know the first thing about customer service. There's just no accountability.
