On 29 January 2026 I contacted Appliance Technicians to attend to a freezer that was not cooling. A technician by the name of Gabriel came out within 2 hours and on checking said the fan motor, filter dryer and valve had to be replaced. He provided a quotation of the cost for the work done and I accepted even though the amount quoted seemed quite high. He also said he would perform a system flush and regas. After he finished the work he provided me with the invoice and said that the work done was guaranteed for 6 months. On 12 March 2026 the freezer presented with the same problem of not cooling and I contacted Appliance Technicians to check as the job was still under guarantee. Suddenly they could not come out the same day but only 2 days later (Saturday). Saturday passed without communication from them. On the following Monday I tried calling but the calls were cut on the first ring. WhatsApp messages were answered with different excuses each time. They said that the technician would come on 3 different days but nobody came. I then contacted another company and it turns out that I was ****med by Appliance technicians as nothing had been replaced. They don’t deserve any rating as they are unprofessional ****mers.
